Where can I buy an item I've seen on social media?

The best place is right here on our website. You can also message us on our Instagram account and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal, but are looking to integrate other payment methods soon. We are sorry for any inconveniences.

When will my order arrive?

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

Our team is here to help as quickly as possible. Telephone calls and emails will be answered during our office hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm – our contact details are here.

How can I have my details removed from the mailing list?

At the bottom of every Bees London email there is a "unsubscribe" button - click this. Alternatively, you can email us and will can do this for you. 

What do I do if I want to purchase an item that is not in stock?

On occasion our items may sell out, and we are sorry for this inconvenience. If this is the case, email us with the item you'd like to purchase and we will let you know when it is made available again.

Do you allow exchanges?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange items.

Do you offer refunds?

We will happily replace a damaged item or reship you an item that you received incorrectly, but we do not offer refunds. If you have a damaged item, please contact us and we will arrange a reshipment.
